I am a proud graduate of Vitality College of Healing Arts in Carlsbad.  I currently specialize in therapeutic massages that include Swedish Massage, a nurturing & relaxing massage, Integrated Massage, which targets muscles in need of myofacial release and Deep Tissue Massage.  Deep Tissue Massage is a very effective method of breaking up scar tissue due to previous macrotrauma and repetitive microtraumas.  I also find integrating the use of Proprioceptor Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) into my massages, maximizes the desired outcome.  PNF is a type of assisted facilitated stretch that works on lengthening the shortened muscles that cause pain, discomfort and interferes with one's range of motion.
